The only words that comes to my mind for tonight… WONDEROUS MAJESTY. I so completely BLOWN AWAY!! We (Eric, Marybeth, Corey and I) started off our night by going up to the roof of Corey’s apartment. With total surrender and worship to Him we declared goodness-peace-love and life over this city. Each prayed for things laid on our hearts and tonight.

The first place we found ourselves tonight was a local laundromat. There were two tall African American guys shoving laundry into the washers in one isle and a small Asian woman out back. I broke off from the group, and talked to Lee who is just the sweetest little lady. She worked there and has 7 kids! Her 3 boys are older in the Marines/Navy. My heart filled with compassion as she told of the terror of sometimes waiting to hear if they were alive. Lee told me that one of their friends just died in combat, and how close it was for him. I blessed her and then asked if there was anything that needed healing in her body. Immediately she told me about her nose being congested and she coughs when she lays down to sleep. I placed my fingers on her cheeks and declared healing to those nasal cavities IN JESUS NAME. She looked at me in surprise as she said, “I can breath! Thank you! Thank you! Bless you!”

I returned to the group to see Eric praying for these two guys in the middle of the laundromat. He brought the kingdom and covered them with encouragement. One of the guys was just recently baptized, and it was so amazing to see Eric love on these guys. His heart is truly gifted in inviting people to feel at ease and built up.

We paused and sought Holy Spirit on where to go. Corey saw some homeless guys hanging out in front of a church, so we headed in that direction. I was so surprised to see Martin aka Mark from a few weeks ago (Mark got his knee instantly healed). There was also a guy named Jimmy sitting uncomfortably on the steps. He asked us if we had any water and Eric went and purchased the LARGEST waters possible for them. Jimmy had some stomach issues and was having multiple trips to bathroom. “If I stand up right now I will have to run to the restroom!” Corey asked him if we could pray for him. “We believe Jesus HEALS. If we pray for you would you be willing to stand up afterward?” I confidently stated. He nodded in agreement. We declared healing on his stomach IN JESUS NAME, and Jimmy slowly rose to a standing position! “It feels really good! It feels completely different!” He continued to test out his stomach for awhile afterwards.  He was also bound up by alcohol so Corey explained how to break that off and that it comes from the heart in prayer. “You have to mean it here.” Jimmy authentically prayed with Corey and Marybeth for FREEDOM from alcohol IN JESUS NAME, and started trembling.

Corey went on to talk with Jimmy as I stepped over to Mark.  He looked at me, “Hey I wanted to thank you! I woke up the next day and I could walk completely fine. I couldn’t walk before I saw you guys but now I can! Thank you!” Eric and I prayed for Mark and blessed him as another guy name Mike walked up with food for them. Mike is a local painter in the area. We prayed for Mike and he listened to Mark’s and Jimmy’s testimonies of being healed. He exclaimed, “Hey do you guys have a van or bus to transport guys to your church! We would like to go to your church! If we can get a vehicle by Sunday we are going to come! Where is it?” I truly LOVE this!! The Kingdom invades their space and they are compelled by Him.

As we parted ways we walked by a local rehabilitation ministry, and Eric felt lead to pray for them. In the window there was two guys named Mark and John. We started talking with John who raved about our head pastor Steve who volunteers as a counselor. He was so in awe of what God does through Steve, that he wants to come to our church! We blessed John, who desires to be a pastor, and Mark to finish the rehab program. After saying our goodbyes we headed toward home.

We were nearing the end of our night, and there walking towards us was a mom with two teen girls and one teen guy. Corey masterfully opened up a conversation, and they were interested in being blessed. He asked first, “Does anyone have any pain or healing that they need?” The mom immediately spoke up and said, “My daughter hurt her knee.” Then the daughter said that her friend (guy) hurt his ankle. He then pointed at the other girl and said she hurt her back. WOW! So, we started with the knee. Corey looked at me and said, “Ben loves praying for healing.” I jumped right in. Holy Spirit reminded me to have her do something that would be limiting or cause slight pain. She tried to straighten her leg, and it was limited in range. Then she tried to bend it back but also limited mobility. We declared healing IN JESUS NAME and I told her to try it out. She was in complete SHOCK! She started straightening and bending it FULLY! The mom said with excitement, “You couldn’t bend it like that this morning!” She told her girl friend to feel her knee. “It feels completely different. Does it look different?”

I stepped over to the teen guy while she continued to bend and flex her knee in shock. He injured his ankle in a volleyball game and had it lightly rapped. “Hey can you try to do something that you would feel the pain.” He tried to rotate it and had very limited mobility. I declared healing IN JESUS NAME over that ankle and had him try it out. He was in total AMAZEMENT! He started rotating that ankle with almost full mobility. So, I asked to pray again and brought Marybeth down with me. I softly told her how to minister healing, and she declared healing over that ankle. FULL MOBILITY! HEALED! I shook his hand, “Jesus loves you man.”

By now the last girl is watching this, and she knows what’s coming. She had a back injury from soccer in a slide tackle. I asked if I could put my hand on her back and then declared healing IN JESUS NAME. My hand had the feeling of tremendous heat over her back. “Can you test it out?” She told us she didn’t know how to test it, but it feels better! Corey told everyone about how much Jesus loves them and they were touched tonight His healing. He took a few minutes with the mom and prophetically spoke into her life. They thanked us over and over.

When we got back we ministered to each other, and gave ALL THE GLORY to Him. So thankful for these this group and our church! He loves to partner! We bring a BIGGER LION with us as we go! KINGDOM COME!

Can I just say God is truly AMAZING!! Adam and I started off the night with carpooling to Corey’s downtown apartment. We stopped off at Chipotle for a bite. [Let me interject this really quick. Last week Adam had a vision of three of us pushing a car that was broken down.] After talking for awhile at Chipotle, we walked outside, and there in front of my car was a broken down car full of teens. So, we got into a sweet conversation with them and Adam and I got to push their car around the parking lot with another teen and into a space to get jumped. I asked one of the girls try it one more time. As she turned the key I prayed in Jesus name for it to start silently. Nothing… But I know Jesus was grinning at me in believing for Him to do it. The teens thanked us over and over and over again for helping them. What a great way to start our night!

When we got to Corey’s we had a few NEW peeps out this week! I told Adam in the car I really feel that the groups are going to be split this week with Marybeth, Adam, and I. The other group would be Brian, Corey, and Eric.

After some sweet peaceful worship and prayer we split groups with a coin flip. Sure enough we Adam, Marybeth, and I were paired together. There were some words of knowledge spoken for people we would meet. Adam saw a person who was wearing white basketball shoes. I saw hurt ankle, a mouth or tooth ache, and heard numbness either physically or emotionally. Last week we still are on the look out for the arm injury to the right wrist. [Last week the other two people we met and were healed with their back and left knee.]

I realized as we went out how easy it is to lean on other people’s gifting. I didn’t realize that until it wasn’t there. For me… it is Corey’s ability to lovingly invite people into a conversation where they feel completely comfortable from the onset.  It was stretching with the first two people we met this night, but then after that something broke off, and I was felt this RISE UP MIGHTY MAN OF GOD inside of me and almost like a “GAME ON!” feeling…. a boldness to just love people and be with them. This isn’t just a one night thing it is LIFE IN HIM.

This is an account of what happened in our group last night. We started off by headed to the train station, and saw a woman on our way hobbling towards the entrance of a hotel. She was favoring her ankle while carrying her things. The conversation started out good and then she decided she didn’t want any prayer or blessing… she had to go. Isn’t cool how He loves to disclose things to us. Seeds planted… love sown.

Once we made it to the train station we saw a man named Mike sitting on a metal picnic bench.  He asked for prayer for his family reunion/family. It was so sweet to just bless him. Mike thanked us and was encouraged. As we were leaving the train station we met a guy named Al, who looked like he was in high school, but actually was a professional who works in Hollywood blockbuster movies. He was a part of Man of Steel movie (Superman) and went to Colombia. After talking with Al for a bit and offering to pray with Him, his mom rolled up in the Mini-van. “I’m good guys thanks though.” Marybeth said she felt in her spirit that us talking to him wasn’t for him it was for her. She asked him who were the people talking with him.

Then we felt lead towards the Casino area. Right as we were walking down the sidewalk in front of the entrance Holy Spirit highlighted an African American woman named Dominic. She is all personality and so completely sweet. Dominic is a very strong believer in Jesus, but didn’t like the label of Christian. We talked for about 10-15 minutes. She shared about her mom needing healing to her back and hip so we declared healing IN JESUS NAME. Marybeth then blessed her in prayer as she wants to be an accountant and finish school with finals well.

As we went on our way from the casino we encountered 4 different people that were standoffish to us.  “My life is perfect. Thank you though” “I’m good. Thanks” “Nothing is wrong with me.” “No thank you.” I love how Marybeth put it… it makes your heart break that people wouldn’t want to be just blessed and loved on.

As we were heading back Holy Spirit highlighted a guy down by the river. We veered off our course to talk with Him, and noticed it was actually two guys. To our surprise, one was a hispanic guy that wanted nothing to do with us last week. Adam started talking with him and he actually talked with him this week. Marybeth and I started talking with a very hardened and down on life man. Holy Spirit lead us to the person who was suffering from numbness. Our hearts started breaking for him. He was completely skin and bones, had a bandanna on his head, and bike with a basket for his stuff. I asked him how he was doing and he said, “Trying to get away from the mosquitoes. I live over there.” “Oh cool!” I said thinking he meant in an apartment across the street. “Not cool!” said with an element of discouragement. He actually meant under the bridge. Yeah, insert foot into mouth. We asked if we could bless him and pray for him. He agreed as long as we don’t use “in Jesus name” because he believed Jesus was just a man. We met him right where he was and prayed for him. “Is there anything going on that is in pain or needs healing?” He sorrowfully said, “I am dying! I have emphysema and TB.”  ……. (pause)  “Can we put our hands on your shoulders?” “I am not contagious. Sure” Our hands found a resting place on his boney shoulders and we declared healing in God’s name — that our father loves to heal. Right then something happened in him. Holy Spirit broken in and did something to his inner man. His heart noticeably softened and he started to make direct eye contact and thanked us sincerely. As we were walking away both of our hearts grew in compassion. He likely hasn’t had anyone just stop and take interest in him in how long? This guy is literally slowly dying under a bridge. When was he last touched in a loving way? Love has a way of impacting people with the simplest touch or being heard.

When we got back to Corey’s we shared stories and rejoiced. So proud of the friends that came out this week and seeing God move through them. He is so GOOD!

JUST PAUSE FOR A MOMENT TODAY

Felt like this was for someone today:

Shhhh………… Just pause for a moment in your day and relax……….. The pressure around you can wait. Allow yourself this moment to pause and just BE with Him………. He has something He has been wanting to tell you.

Allow your breathing to slow………. This moment is about peace, rest, and stillness of God. As you focus on Him you will begin to be filled with His peace. BE at peace…… Rest…… Stillness…..

Notice your capacity to worry, to be anxious, to be fearful, to feel inadequate, to feel insecure, all those things slipping away. Right now there is a calmness…. A complete peace and rest of God coming towards you that is so astonishing, it will transform your very personality. In these days ahead of you, there is a peace so mighty, so overpowering, and so prevailing that worry, stress, and anxiety will be driven out of your mind.

When you here His voice from within know that He is releasing a SOUND inside of you. Your heart is a turning fork to the SOUND of His voice towards you. This SOUND will cause your mindset, heart, and your very way of being to come into alignment with His nature and ways.

He knows exactly what’s going on right now and takes pleasure in holding your hand through it. He is actually smiling in your direction because He knows this doesn’t define you… His love does.

BE STILL……….. and know that He is God. He loves you outrageously and is in pursuit of you FULLY experiencing that love today. He isn’t focusing on what you’ve done wrong, He is only looking at what’s missing from your experience with Him that would allow you to step into a fullness and abundant life of who He really sees you as with Him.

JUST BE……….. Lean in and hear His voice for you today. Allow the SOUND of His voice to reveal more of who you really are as you take steps towards your destiny, purpose, and calling.

IT’S TIME…

FEEL LIKE THIS IS FOR SOMEONE TODAY:

It’s time… Time to sing a NEW song. Your heart has longed and wondered about this for some time. It’s time to smile again and feel what is already true for you… that He is smiling in your direction. He is completely focused on you. He dreams dreams about you. He has more thoughts about you than the sands of this world.

IT’S TIME… to resurrect those dreams, and start walking by faith not by sight.

IT’S TIME… To yes to your dreams and what He has been speaking to you. To start believing what He has spoken to your heart.

IT’S TIME… For you to start experiencing Him each day. To know who you are called to be…

To know how He sees you and to walk in that… IT’S TIME.

Holy Spirit if you are speaking this to the person reading this right now – come relentlessly in pursuit of them experiencing Your love. Awaken in them the reality of who You are and what to BE for them.

TALE OF TWO SHIPS

TALE OF TWO SHIPS:

Once there was a man who day after day watched ships come in with loved ones or goods and even riches for others. He asked the clerk when his ship will come in and he was given a promise that was worded on a piece of paper to hold on to. Yet day after day he watched ships come in for others and his has not arrived. Days turn to months and months to years. His heart once filled with joy and excitement now has started to grow dim and almost weary to go to the docks. 

Then on a day that seemed like every other day a little boy tugged on that man’s coat jacket and said, “Sir! Can I see your papers?” The man looked confused but handed the boy the papers none the less. The boy took his hand and escorted the man to an area of the dock he had not seen because the other ships had blocked his view. “Here you go Sir! All of your supplies to build your ship! They have been here for some time!” The man looked at everything and realized that he had thought he would receive the same way as everyone else on the docks, but his materials were to build — so he could go, and have the adventure himself bringing the adventure back for everyone else.

Have you ever watched ship after ship after ship come in for others? You start wonder if yours ever will. You might have all of these promises and prophecies in your life but in the wait, hope has become deferred and made your heart sick. Maybe it isn’t so much about waiting for the ship to come in… Maybe He has been wanting you to build a ship. What is being built into your life right now that would enable you to step into a destiny that is so undeniably God that He would entrust you with gifts that would shift the atmosphere of spaces… Places… Regions… Even nations? So, maybe instead of waiting and watching others boats come in ask Him if you are to start building and establishing something beyond where you are and go on the adventure marked out for you.

Be ENCOURAGED and STRENGTHENED today

REVELATIONS IN THE BATHROOM

This morning started with a hot cup of coffee. Sounds of Sprout on the TV filled the living room. My daughter played on the floor, and I continued to sip my coffee for a few more moments. Ahhh… On Monday’s Amanda and I normally listen to a Bethel sermon together, and then talk about it. I cherish her so much!

Although, today we decided to take on our main level broken toilet. With it drained and pieces removed we stared at the directions. I thought, “Am I looking at stereo instructions?” Amanda needed to help with Sophie so she asked if I got this. “Of course! I can do this!” I followed what seemed like easy gradual steps leading to a functioning toilet. After a little bit Amanda came in and checked on me. “Done!” I exclaimed. “Yay! Great job Buddy! Hey… What are these pieces on the floor?” I looked at them and wonderment filled my thoughts. “I think those are extra pieces beyond what is needed… maybe?” I turned on the water and it worked! Then drip………… drip……….. drip……… drip from the bottom of the tank. Maybe the nut needs to be tighter. After tightening it…. continued to drip. Amanda took a look at the directions, and saw a small side note about a rubber stopper. Ahhh… that’s where that goes. I’ll fix it!

My chest compressed as I squeezed between the wall and the toilet to remove the nut. Nothing. It wouldn’t budge. I tried with the wrench. Nothing. This is crazy! After about 10 minutes I started declaring apologetically that I am not a handyman to her. “I am sorry Babe I am not a handyman.” 10 minutes later my elbows and knees are starting to hurt. I start to become frustrated. “We might have to hire a plumber.” “What the heck!” “I can’t believe we will have to hire a plumber to remove a nut!” After 45 minutes of relentless trying I actually did one of those silent frustration moments so your daughter does hear.

Then it happened… He spoke to me in it. “Hey Ben.” I paused in my attempted twisting of the nut. “Why don’t you try on some of my patience right now?” Really? You are totally right. I was reminded of the verse from James “Consider it pure joy when you face trials of many kinds because you know the testing of your faith produces…” “Here is my patience… give it a try.” Amanda is standing next to the sink not knowing any of this is going on, and I start DECLARING OUT LOUD… “God THANK YOU that I have your patience right now! Thank you that I am FULL of peace right now! That all things are possible with you! Thank you that I am slow to speak, quick to listen, and slow to become angry…”

He said, “Blindness is NOT seeing something that can be seen through Me by others.” The directions were there but I didn’t see them. “We need people in our lives to help us SEE the blind areas we might have missed.” Amanda then reached into the tank with a wrench as I started to twist the nut right after I finished declaring the truth. It immediately loosed! 45 minutes of trying and BAM! He whispered… “You are stronger together than alone.” Holy Spirit you know this is so like you to talk to me while changing a toilet. I love that you talk to me anywhere and all the time.

During this difficult moment I was pressed on both sides of my body. Pain was starting to throb in my fingers, knees, and elbow. Frustration was coursing through me. 45 minutes of nothing changing to the circumstance. I started remembering what people have said about my handyman skills from the past, and even declaring them aloud. Isn’t that like a lot of trials for most of us? We feel pressure around us. Maybe some pain and strong feelings about the circumstance. Nothing seems to be changing in the immediate. It is easy to focus on what others have said about us over what He says to be true. He whispered to me “Why would you want to allow people’s negative impressions dictate your future experiences with me?” That’s when I started to declare and rejoice in the truth over me and the circumstance. Something shifted in me, and I actually let out a laugh. Just the act of rejoicing in what’s true caused me to step into a completely different mindset, and new vantage point on my circumstance. I was reminded that I forgot for a moment who I am (no condemnation, shame, or guilt for getting frustrated – repentance means have a different thought), and He was reminded me of the FULLNESS and COMPLETENESS I have. Frustration vanished, and I reached down again for that nut with expectancy of it shifting.

Afterwards He spoke something to me. You know it isn’t the verse from James that gives life to you, “Consider it pure joy.” “It’s what I’m speaking to you in it, through it, and to you that breathes life. It is a relationship.” You see the word “joy” on the page is one dimensional. It is flat on the page, but the word is actually ALIVE and ACTIVE. That means it moves and breathes. He showed me that JOY is actually MULTIDIMENSIONAL. It’s like looking at a toilet. You will get one revelation by looking at the outside of the toilet. Another by opening up the tank. Another by looking at the new parts. You will even see it differently in your position or vantage point by standing or laying the ground. It is still the same toilet, but the revelation of it is MULTIDIMENSIONAL. The same is true with the word. It is LIVING and ACTIVE. It MOVES. That means in any given situation or circumstance you can get a new vantage point and revelation of the same word… joy. You could literally get a NEW FRESH revelation of joy every day for the rest of your life in any circumstance. It’s more than 1 dimensional… a word on a page or verse to memorize. It’s a relationship and in that relationship you are invited to see things a fresh each time to grow up in Him.

EXTENDED HUB Conference

I linked up with Adam to make my way up to the extended HUB conference. During the drive we talked about how Holy Spirit has been moving in our lives today, and how we can build into others around us.

Upon arriving into the ballroom we could sense the presence of God was very strong there. Both of us rested in His presence for some time during worship. The HUB director asked everyone to come up front and create a ring of chairs and we will see what happens. Person after person shared about finances and radical giving. I felt like I was the only on in the room and so I kept elbowing Adam saying, “This is amazing that they are talking about this.” “I know.” Testimony after testimony of times that God came through for people. Each one blew my mind! The HUB director shared that someone anonymous gave away $100,000 to a person at the HUB conference and said, “God just wanted to kiss you.” Another received a brand new BMW and another a Rolex watch. The point was not the object given or amount, but instead about the generous giver, and our hearts to manifest His abundance as an expression of His love towards others.

Then Holy Spirit said to me, “I would like you to get up and share a testimony.” Wait what? I have kind of avoided speaking in front of people in the past, but God has really changed my heart to face any fear with love. So, I did the half get up and down each time someone else came up to the mic. The woman in front of me said with a smile, “Just go up there.” Taking her advice I got up and stood off to the side for about 10 minutes waiting. During this time my heart was beating through my chest, THUD-THUD-THUD-THUD. While I was standing there I fidgeted with a pencil in my hand, because this will be the first time I have spoken in front of a group of adults. Holy Spirit spoke to me in that moment, “What are you choosing right now?” Oh come on man! Really… really… ok I am choosing anxiety. “You know you can choose peace right now if you wanted.” Dang it. You are so right. I closed my eyes and stepped back into His presence, choosing peace, and my heart completely slowed to a rest.

Right then the mic was handed to me, and I shared the testimony of Abraham to everyone, minus names and some facts that might reveal who it was given that he lives near HUB. It was amazing! I was completely calm during the entire 15 minutes in front of about 50 people. There was such a peace inside of me that I was able to walk around and look everyone in the eye, and make them laugh at funny internal dialogs I was having with Holy Spirit. Afterwards, Adam told me, “Was that seriously your first time speaking in front of adults?” “Yes.” “Dude! That was freaking amazing! I felt like you were having a conversation with just me. It was so completely natural and flowing. Satan has kept you from speaking for far too long! I speak and do presentations all the time with my job, and that was awesome! I will tell you one thing, you do not have a fear of speaking in front of people! Just remember how that felt next time you speak, because you are a natural speaker! Dude that was so good!”

Right after I finished speaking an old European woman came up to us with skin cancer. She was starting to cry and so I asked if I could hold her hand. I waited on Him for a few minutes and then started praying in tongues over her. Then went after the cancer and released life, healing, and peace upon her face area. Loved that Adam jumped in also and prayed for her. She was tremendously encouraged afterwards.

God is so GOOD! I am so encouraged by last night, and am learning so much in loving people in this journey He has my wife and I on. It was amazing to see so many different churches coming together to pursue the heart of God.

HUB Conference Day 4

Day 4 of the HUB conference, and all day I was out of it in my mind. I felt sick to my stomach about what was going to happen. I knew there was a BATTLE going on in my heart over receiving what He has for me. One thing I want with God is REAL. If I get WACKED by God, I want to be changed forever. We should be CHANGED when we encounter the KING OF KINGS. So, that was my prayer. If You get me tonight – change me! I have had multiple encounters with God during my secret time with God, while having Heidi Baker playing in the background, so the anticipation of what He could do was very intense for me.

When I arrived it was drizzling which only set the stage for the storm that brewing. I found Adam, Dan, Tony, and my mentor at the conference and celebrated just being together. The air was electric as intercession started in unifying prayer of over 10 denominations! I remember thinking this is how it is meant to be… UNIFIED.

Worship transitioned smoothly from intercession to calling forth the Holy Spirit to have control of what was going to happen. Tongues of prayer and song saturated the air.  I made my way through the sea of people and passed by an amazing African-American momma to stand next to Adam and Dano. I looked back and she smiled and said kiddingly, “Oh I see how it is!”  I offered her my spot and she said, “Are you feeling guilty?” I told her smiling that I only had love for her, no guilt, and she tapped my shoulder. “WHOA!” She placed her hand on my back and started praying for me in tongues as I sung in tongues with everyone. My heart felt like it was on FIRE and pushing out of my chest! My arm pits were exploding with HEAT! TMI – I was sweating like crazy when she was praying for me for at least 5-8 minutes. This is CRAZY I thought! Then one or two people put there hands on me and started praying for me also and it got more intense.  All tension in my shoulders and body was gone when they lifted their hands and stopped! She leaned up to my ear and said, “I hear the Lord saying stop pressing in, just allow your spirit to be released up and He will meet you there.” We then broke out into worshiped for over 2 hours with high energy and craziness!

During this time I had a vision. I was standing in a long mansion hallway and it came to a T intersection. It even had those fancy rugs on the ground and pictures on the wall as you walk by. At one end of one hallways was a door and it was open. I could partly see inside as it was glowing with what looked like jewels and gold! Then I looked next to me and Jesus said I would like for you to step through the door and see the treasure I have for you to be part of! “Sweet!” “This is going to be so good!” I thought. We stepped up to the door and He reached inside and turned off the lights right before we entered the door. So, there I am now standing in a dark room, and said there isn’t any going back once I close the door. I didn’t stop Him so He shut the door. I am rubbing my hands waiting to see all of these riches, gold, rubies, emeralds, and things I couldn’t imagine!! Excitement beyond belief is welling up inside of me! The lights flip on like at a huge warehouse with those round light and wire mesh over the bulb. One row at a time with that loud clang sound as each row illuminates the ground below. What I saw BLEW MY MIND and made my heart cry. There before me was a sea of people with a layer of dust on them. His treasure was all of them. He said GO to each one, and help wipe the dust off them, allowing them to shine. My paradigm shifted and I melted in my heart as new revelation came in on His heart.

My second vision came almost toward the end of worship. I was up in the throne room and behind me stood two angels. I was asked to extend my hands and oil was poured into my hands from a jar and then on to my head. I asked for more and the jar kept going. Right then I heard, “BEN!” “BEN!”

It was my mentor… He called me back to the edge of the sea of people, Abraham had showed up! We talked and blessed him. I told him he was going to get ROCKED tonight! It was stretching for me, as I was torn in talking with Him or worshiping my Papa. In that moment I decided to trust that God has him, and this is a great place for him to be and connect.

Once worship slowed down and the Revival Indiana group got up there they went after it till 10:30 pm. They imparted REVIVAL to the people there and blessed everyone in prayer. They prophesied that a time is changing for America when we are moving away from the famous Christian leaders to every day people taking the word to the streets.

Heidi Baker started with saying she had a vision of sound that is going forth in America of the HARVEST. The sound from everyone is hard to explain in words. She preached with power and authority about the servant lovers and that the HARVEST is ready, but the Lord had told her that the church isn’t. AWAKE CHURCH! AWAKE! The HARVEST is ripe and ready in America! That ALL the servant lovers are the HARVESTERS and they will be fueled by OIL in the secret place given to them by our DADDY! By this time it is midnight and the air is pregnant with what is about to happen!

We start to pray and a sound was released that I was magnificent, and I fell into a heavy trance like state. There was WAVE AFTER WAVE AFTER WAVE AFTER WAVE of this sound flowing through the room. Later I told Dan I felt like I was in the ocean or wave pool. I was breaking inside to allow myself to receive what He wanted to do. The unknown… out of control… this was extremely stretching. Each WAVE hit me until I couldn’t even sit up straight any more. I decided in that moment to GIVE IN and YEILD to Him and that is when it happened. I went to ground (lying on my back) and it felt like cool liquid was poured on my head and my brain rolled out. ALL thoughts left and EXTREME PEACE came in. I’m a person who is always thinking non-stop and during this time I couldn’t put together a single thought. I was out for 30+ minutes on the floor with this constant cool pour on my head. I could hear people praying over me, and around me but I was so out of it! The closet feeling I could associate it to is the feeling of being completely drunk right before passing out. A woman said maybe you should sit down honey because I was stumbling to stand up. So I sat in a seat next to her for another 15 minutes completely baked. We ended up headed home around 1:30 am.

I woke up and said something is different. There was nothing going on in my head. Where are all of my thoughts and internal dialog? There is no sounds, no conversation going on. Just complete stillness… calm… silence. In 35 years I have never NOT had a thought going on in my head or aloud, and Amanda (wife) can testify to that. I told her in the morning over coffee that there is nothing going on up there. There is just silence and quiet up there. This is the strangest feeling I have ever had. I asked Holy Spirit these questions throughout the day. What does this mean for us, and what do you want me to do? I waited all day and what He said, “BE STILL and KNOW THAT I AM GOD. Shhhhhh… wait and LISTEN. Cultivate the quiet and silence…. Peace.” Man, I have so much to grow in.

(added 4/21) The two days later I listened to a sermon by Bill Johnson from Bethel church. Have you ever had one of those moments where you feel like a pastor is speaking right to you? I wanted to share one thing that radically stood out to me of the many that applied. He starts in the book of Joshua 6:3, “‘3 You shall march around the city, all you men of war; you shall go all around the city once. This you shall do six days. 4 And seven priests shall bear seven trumpets of rams’ horns before the ark. But the seventh day you shall march around the city seven times, and the priests shall blow the trumpets. 5 It shall come to pass, when they make a long blast with the ram’s horn, and when you hear the sound of the trumpet, that all the people shall shout with a great shout; then the wall of the city will fall down flat. And the people shall go up every man straight before him… 10 Now Joshua had commanded the people, saying, “You shall not shout or make any noise with your voice, nor shall a word proceed out of your mouth, until the day I say to you, ‘Shout!’ Then you shall shout.’ So here is this picture. They walk around this city in silence for 6 days. Just may I remind you that there is no beginning of a miracle yet. They were walking in silence. Why in silence? Because it was their conversation that kept them out of the promise land 40 years earlier. Why do you think the Lord made John the Baptist’s father mute through his 9 months of pregnancy? I think he didn’t wanted him to mess up the miracle. I wonder how many times a miracle seed has been conceived and has been aborted through our conversation. They march around for six days and on the seventh day seven times, and then they lifted a shout. When they lifted the shout, it’s interesting, their first confession for obedience was a shout of praise and victory.” 

So thankful for all my friends who came out to the HUB! Each had God break through in different ways. I talked about with each of them that this should be our every day. To feel the LOVE of the Father and HEAR Him. We abide in Him, habitation not visitation.

REVELATION:

When God manifests Himself to you it is because He wants you to EXPERIENCE something with Him, and so He breaks forth into where you are; BUT when He HIDES (having trouble experiencing  or feeling Him) He is wanting to draw you into where He is to give you REVELATION and INSIGHT. He wants you to go to Him. It is called MANIFEST and HIDE. So, don’t get discouraged when you don’t FEEL or EXPERIENCE something, because maybe He wants you to find where He is standing so He can give you new perspective on how He sees things, which brings forth revelation into things on His heart.

HUB Prophetic Session

Father we thank you for Ben and that you love him deeply. Father thank you for the power of the Holy Spirit to show us something that will bless him, and cause Him to even love you better. That’s because of your Son Jesus.

(guy 1) I felt like I heard the Lord say “FORCE.” I feel like what God is saying is that you have a force or a way about you or a strength. Where He can give you something and you exhibit force.

(guy 2) Right before he said force I saw a whirl wind come down. It was the Lord in the whirl wind. Of course that has a lot of force. He put you inside of it the way it came down. You were inside of it. There was a calmness and it didn’t hurt you. As that force was swirling about you and the power of God. It was pulling out things out of you that should not be there. That are interfering with the plan he has for you. As He finishes that work I heard the Lord say there will be a great peace and things will begin to click as to what He has been trying to tell you and show you. What you will be doing in the very near future that is what I heard. In the process God implants things into you. Your destiny and different things. It’s pretty cool when He does it that way. You will begin to sense it as you meditate or pray on the word. Ask the Lord to tell you more on what it might mean. I can sense a real love for you that He has and He is excited about what the future is going to hold for you.

(guy 1) Have you ever seen a picture of something reentering the atmosphere? A spaceship or whatever with the heat coming off the sides? I feel like I saw a light bulb coming down but fast enough that it had blast waves of heat coming off because it was coming down so hard. I think that what the Lord is saying that He is going to bring you ideas from Him that are from Heaven and they are going to come to you really quickly. So quick that they are going to get enough resistance in the atmosphere to heat up.

(guy 2) Does any of it fit?

(Me) Yes

I asked for more of Him and they prayed over me. Then I encouraged them and told them that I had a dream with a whirl wind and I am a partner in an innovation and invention business. They were blow away!

 

HUB Day 2

Day 2 of Hub! I dropped Sophie (daughter) off at her aunt’s house and headed to the conference. Adam and Dan were to meet me for the night session so I texted ahead of time to let them know I was on my way. Adam immediately texted back and said that it was packed and go to the right to have any chance of getting seats.

When I got there sure enough it was jam packed to where people were sitting on the floor. I asked Holy Spirit for FAVOR before I got there. When I saw the sea of people I was in shock. Turning to the right I headed back around a bend to the very back looking for seats. “This is crazy! You can’t even see the stage any more!” Right then Holy Spirit said, “Don’t worry I saved you three seats right up front.” I thought to myself that sounds crazy because all of these people here and there are three seats open all the way up front? Holy Spirit said, “Just start walking up front and I will point them out to you.” So there I am walking by all of these people heading toward the front. This is crazy! “Warmer… Warmer… keep going… warmer…” Then I saw sure enough there was three seats open right up front. I asked the lady at the end of the row if these seats are open and she said yes. So, I sat down in them and saved them.

Adam came during the message and they started to do an offering. I pulled out my wallet and thought man I don’t have any cash on me to give. Right then the story of Jesus telling Peter to go fish for a coin in the fishes mouth to pay the taxes. So, he went fishing and found a coin in the fishes mouth and gave it. I thought why not, and started praying for a coin. My hands were open to receive and then the huge bucket went by. My water bottle, bible and coat was on the floor in front of my chair and so when I reached down for a drink of water I saw a coin (quarter) next to my bible. Come on!! After I picked up the coin and held it in my hand for a few minutes the Holy Spirit said, “I would like you to give it away.” Oh come on! This quarter appears under a seat right by my bible and now I am to give it away? “If you give it away I will multiply it.” Wow!

At the end of the night the speaker Patrica King started to impart speaking in tongues. A good size group stood to receive by the stage and I snuck up and sat in the front row by my mentor. He leaned over and told me that there is a woman who has asked for healing, but I know that once this gets going it could go for awhile, would you stay with me? Yes! Let’s do this! We walked over to the first woman and she had breast cancer. First thought was, “Oh man Holy Spirit you got to do this because this is heavy hitting.” He told me don’t worry I got this. So, my mentor started praying for her and I was interceding for Him and her. Then He said Ben you pray for her. I stood up and took her hand with my anointed hand. I spoke to that cancer and saw in my mind it shrinking away as I declared healing over her. Then I proclaimed peace upon her and felt a crazy whoosh feeling right through me and to her and she fell over! He caught her and I was in shock as she was out on the seats. Then another came and asked healing for diabetes for her son and then a little girl with autism. The autistic girl started saying there was so much heat that she was sweating and her eyes were feeling better now that weren’t straight. Each person I prayed for I felt a whoosh feeling through me to them. There was a woman with multiple scoliosis and degenerative back disease. We prayed for her back and I felt the bones moving and popping! She moved but her muscles were still tight so we prayed for her muscles and they loosened and she was able to have more mobility than each of us!

Another was a husband who had all of the special needs kids and couldn’t find a job that would provide. My mentor started praying for him and then Holy Spirit said, “Him. Give it to him.” So I told him about the coin appearing and told him it was a tolken or remembrance of the Lord’s provision for you. That the could have it. He was blow away by the coin and received it with such joy! My mentor asked me as we headed to a different area, “Why did you give away the coin that appeared to you?” I told him that Holy Spirit said, “If you give it away I will multiply it.” With joy he said, “Amen!”

We walked over a woman in a wheel chair who was crippled by arthritis. It was beautiful as they had already been praying for her for before we got there and see inflammation go down. The woman praying by her feet was an amazing intercessor worship leader. She told me that God gives gold flecks around her when she prays. She had one appear already and put it on one of her knuckles and the inflammation had decreased in that area. I asked if I could hold the woman in the wheel chair’s hand with my anointed hand. The worship leader said to me that wow! I see you Ben as a healer wow! You are anointed with the Ben anointing like Benny Hin. I then saw a healed hand. I was getting rocked in the spirit as I felt a whoosh over me and into this woman. Her hand started to decrease even more. She could barely move her hand and after praying all of us she was able to bend her hands! Then the worship leader said “LOOK! LOOK!” Right above the woman in the wheel chair on a 12 foot ceiling was two huge gold stars appeared that were stuck to the ceiling! All of us were blown away!

My mentor stayed till after 1 am praying for people and loved every minute of it! So awesome! Thank you God!
